Grapherence does not appear on any of my screens and there is no help out there to figure this out at all.

But the design may need some improvement.
Could be better if there was a function to save the articles (as PDF) for easy access.
Good resource
Fantastic app. I use it at work (Im a surgical resident), and I love that I can easily pull up articles straight from the link. If you want to save the articles, use drop box. It works wonderfully.
No complaints. This one is great.
Directly and easy to use. Very useful. Best medline tool I have ever used.
Now I can access the references from my iPhone. When I was young, I had to go library and look to the big books to get references.
Would be even better if we could open PDF and save to Dropbox, share multiple favorites with other medline users, and have a link with JournalLab discussion platforms to see comments that other medline users have of the same article!
Great app, quick, thorough
Great way to study and learn!
Easy to use, complete and rich in comprehensive search options. Im glad I found it.
Great for quick access to journals
Great tool for this DPT student when i am away from my computer and need to research best evidence-based practice guidelines.
Found every article possible!
Wont load full abstracts most of the time. You can see more text but it refuses to let you scroll down at all. Major fail as this is a basic feature... Clearly hasnt been tested.
Excellent resources not available to the public. I used the resources to research the positives and negatives of birth control pills for my college age daughters. Excellent references helped them decide what was best for them.
Ive enjoyed the quick reference aspects of Unbound Medicine as well as its dependably accurate data updates. I recommend the application to both novice and seasoned practitioners seeking handy, ready reference material.
I have used med line for literally 30+ years and have loved how in recent years the functionality of the Entrez interface has allowed a rapid relational access to articles with similar key words and MESH terms. The interface for Unbound Medlines access to articles is smooth and elegant, allowing rapid scanning and review of abstracts. But what gives this a 5 stars in my estimation is the incredibly useful grapherence feature - this takes scanning for relevant articles to a whole new level of rapid and focused capability to hone in on key articles. It is a citation index and permutaterm (for those chronologically gifted folks like me who remember this) function all rolled into an easily understood and easily learned visual interface. Only drawback: not all articles have the grapherence feature. Truly a great product.
Answers on the fly, save favorites, plentiful full text available. Plus, easy to email to self or colleague, or librarian, who can find the missing full text. I find the iPad version EASIER than Pub Med on the desktop! My go-to method of literature review
